Parfois il y a de l'attente sinon a bosse bien. Seul bmol pas de panneaux indiquant l'entre

Helpful staff :)

Great team !

Impeccable service and hospitality

Good points first, very proffesional set up for your paperwork, customs and loads etc.The guys in the office are very knowledgeable. When I worked there I had an issue where I neeeded to get home and the transport manager really made an efort to get me back asap. And of course the equipment is good. Bad points.Paid a day rate of 73 and that covers all hours, so if you have to do a 15 hour shift (and there are plenty of them) you are working for 4.98 an hour!!!! So where is the living wage?Holiday pay is only 73 5 and not an average of your previous weeks pay as it should be, so if you have a week off you take home only around 300 for your holiday.iYou are told what time to start your first shift when setting off from the yard but if the loads not ready you are then told not to put your card in until the load is set to go so potentially you could be at work for longer than 15 hours but still for only 73.The director (not brian yeardley) is nothing more than a bully, he struts around the place and has everyone jumping to his tune, his memos need to be seen to be believed, full of bad spelling mistakes and foul language, I have seen memos where he calls drivers "a bunch of c#@*ts. And this from a director of a company.Highest wage I earned whilst there was 730 take home but that included 14 house worked on a bank holiday, week ended away in Belgium on the Saturday and Sunday and 7 nights out!!!! And the boss thinks he pays good money (well it's rubbish)Trucks look flash and I was told they are fully equipped, the only thing he spends money on is stupid spot lights and air horns for his pet drivers, inside the truck (which in my opinion is where the money should be spent when it becomes your home) he doesn't spend a penny, mine had a fridge (which I think is a standard fit) no microwave, coffee perculator or even a transformer so I could work my own cooking stuff. The saying is right , all flash and no cash.So if you want to work for less than minimum pay, be bullied in the work place and spend your rest time when away from home polishing wheels and diesel tanks (first thing they give you when you start is alloy polish) then this is the place for you.
